Internship (independently)

Procedure and required documents

 

Student can also, apart from the featured current offer of internship of the Academy independently choose the Center for Practical Education (company, institution, etc.) with which BBAAS would subsequently conclude an Internship Agreement.
After choosing the Center for Practical Education independently, BBAAS concludes an Internship Agreement, on behalf of the student with the aforementioned Center.
Internship Agreement is concluded for a time period that is minimum 120 hours or 15 days, in accordance with the curriculum of BBAAS.
Student Internship Agreement.
Student must choose an internship mentor before completing internship. Mentor is a person chosen from among school professors. Student chooses the mentor by obtaining his/her written consent. By giving consent, the mentor is obliged to participate in the fulfillment of obligations that the student has during internship and preparation of internship journal and project work.

Students who have independently chosen, apart from the featured internship offer, the Center for Practical Education with which BBAAS subsequently concludes the Student Internship Agreement, should submit a copy of the Agreement to the Student Services Department (Internship) on the basis of which the Department issues the following documents:

1)Referral for an internship. 
- The student is obliged to submit the referral to the person in charge of his / her admission (Co-mentor) after accessing the Center for Practical Education.

2) – Internship Journal,. 
    -  Reassessing the fulfillment of requirements of BBAAS and verification of products and services from "Outsource". 

3) Form of confirmation of completed internship.

4) The questionnaire АНК-11,

5) The questionnaire АНК-5.

Student is obliged to keep internship journal during Internship at the Center, with the help and control of the internship mentor.

After completing internship, the student is obliged to submit the internship journal to the mentor for review and certification.

 Certification of Internship Journal represents the evidence of successfully completed internship for students of all levels of study, with the exception of final year students who, in addition to the internship journal, have the obligation to prepare and defend project work.

After completing the project work, the student submits to the mentor two copies of the following:

- Final versions of project work for an assessment, 
- Record of evaluation of students’ internship. 

Student buys Record of evaluation of internship at the counter of the school bookshop. 

Student defends project work in front of the mentor. 

Mentor assesses the project work with a descriptive grade as "acceptable" or "unacceptable".

After certification of internship journal and final defense of project work, student is obliged to submit to the Student Services Department (Internship) completed and certified aforementioned documents, except for the Referral for an internship.
